Paylalo is a family of accounting and ERP apps I built for Philippine companies. They share one Supabase (Postgres) backend, one sign-in and one company list, and each business area gets its own focused app. This article is the map: what each app is for, how documents move between them, and where to find the full walkthrough of each one.
Paylalo Manufacturing (Make-to-Stock) runs at stocking.paylalo.com. It's the factory side of the Paylalo suite, for a company that builds finished goods to keep on the shelf rather than to fill one customer's order. Planners, production staff, the floor crew and accounting all work in it.
Kumpli ("Compliance Obligations Monitoring") is the app in the Paylalo suite that tracks a company's statutory obligations. Accounting and admin staff use it to list every BIR return, LGU permit, SEC filing and similar duty, name who's responsible, file proof when it's done, and let the app work out the next due date.
Paylalo Manufacturing (Make-to-Order) is the factory app for building against real customer orders. Every build starts from an approved sales order in the Distribution (DMS) app, with a named customer, a quantity and a promised date. Production planners use it to see which order lines still need a build, raise a production order against a line, and follow that batch through the floor, material issue, work in process (WIP), overhead and completion.
Paylalo Construction is the project-control app in the Paylalo suite, at construction.paylalo.com. Project engineers, foremen and project managers use it to set up a project, split its budget into a WBS, price resources in a bill of quantities, schedule the work on a Gantt chart and track the job from the field.
Paylalo Cash Center handles a company's cash outside the main disbursement run: the petty cash fund, Payment Request Forms (PRF) for paying a known bill, and Subject For Liquidation (SFL) cash advances that an employee accounts for later with receipts. Treasury staff, fund custodians and approvers use it every day.
Paylalo Supply Chain is the operations app of the Paylalo suite, where a company buys goods, receives them into warehouses, moves and corrects stock, and ships to customers. Purchasing staff, warehouse staff, material planners, dispatchers and approvers all work in it.
CRECO is the collections desk of the Paylalo suite. I built it for the collector who chases overdue customers every day, the credit officer who sets terms and credit limits, and the manager who wants to know how healthy the receivables are.
The Supplier Portal at supplier.paylalo.com is the purchasing-side twin of the Customer Portal. A supplier that's already in the buying company's supplier master registers with the email the buyer has on file, the buyer approves the request, and then the supplier can sign in. It sits next to the Supply Chain / Procurement app, because the purchase orders and canvass requests (requests for quotation) raised there are what a supplier would see and answer here.
The Customer Portal at customer.paylalo.com is where a Paylalo company's customers serve themselves: they register, keep their contact details current, and submit their business documents in one secure place.
Playlalo is the company app store for the Paylalo suite. It's a public storefront at apps.paylalo.com, no login needed, where staff and field users download the Android apps their company publishes.
Paylalo Accounting is the general ledger of the Paylalo suite. Supply Chain, Credit & Collection, Cash Center and Scan2Approve all send their documents here, and this is where they turn into posted debits and credits. Accounting staff and the treasurer use it to keep the chart of accounts, post journal vouchers, raise and pay supplier vouchers, bank collections, reconcile the bank and pull the financial statements.
